Terms & Conditions – Business Consultation & Services
By submitting an intake form, scheduling a consultation, or engaging services through this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Services
Services provided include business consulting, brand strategy, digital setup, and related advisory services for service-based businesses. All services are provided based on the information supplied by the client and are limited to the agreed-upon scope outlined in writing prior to the start of any project.No services begin without a completed intake and written confirmation of scope.
2. No Free Consulting
Initial intake review is required to determine fit. Any consultation, strategy session, or advisory discussion beyond intake review is a paid service unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.Unscheduled calls, messages, or requests for advice outside of an agreed scope are not included.
3. Fees & Payment
All fees are communicated prior to the start of work. Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice provided.Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise stated in writing.Late payments may result in paused services.Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:Provide accurate and complete informationRespond in a timely manner to requests for materials or approvalsUnderstand that delays in communication may affect timelinesFailure to provide required information may delay or limit deliverables.
5. No Guarantees
While services are designed to support growth, visibility, and structure, no guarantees are made regarding revenue, bookings, business success, or specific outcomes. Results depend on numerous factors outside the consultant’s control.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials created remain the intellectual property of the consultant until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use delivered materials for their business purposes.
7. Confidentiality
All client information shared during intake and service delivery is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.
8. Real Estate Disclaimer
Any discussion related to property readiness, location strategy, or ownership planning is advisory only and does not constitute licensed real estate representation.Real estate licensure is pending. No brokerage, agency, or transactional services are offered unless and until licensure is obtained and a separate agreement is executed.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain due and payable.
10. Limitation of Liability
The consultant is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or materials provided.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
12. Acceptance
By submitting an intake form, booking services, or engaging in consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
